Please read these terms carefully before using the Predictor3000 platform. By accessing or using our website or dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Predictor3000 platform (the "Service"), including the website at predictor3000.com, the free dashboard, and any premium features, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers (collectively, "Users").
2. Description of Service
Predictor3000 is an analytics and information platform that aggregates publicly available data from third-party prediction market exchanges, including Polymarket and Kalshi. The Service provides:
- Aggregated market data, prices, and opportunity scoring
- Probability context and plain-language market interpretation
- Sentiment analysis of publicly available news
- Analytical models including ground-truth probability estimates
- Position sizing recommendations based on the Kelly Criterion
- Cross-platform arbitrage detection
Predictor3000 is an analytics tool only. We do not execute trades, hold user funds, operate as a brokerage, or act as a financial advisor. All trading activity takes place directly on third-party platforms (Polymarket, Kalshi) governed by their own terms of service.
3. Alpha Status Disclosure
Predictor3000 is currently in active alpha development. Features, data accuracy, availability, and pricing are subject to change. While we strive for reliability, the platform may experience downtime, data gaps, or errors. You acknowledge and accept these limitations when using the Service during this period.
4. Not Financial Advice
All content provided by Predictor3000 — including probability models, opportunity scores, Kelly position sizing, arbitrage signals, and news sentiment analysis — is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. You should not make any financial decision based solely on information provided by this Service without conducting your own independent research.
Predictor3000 is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution. We are not regulated by the CFTC, SEC, or any other financial regulatory authority in connection with the provision of this analytics Service.
Past model accuracy is not indicative of future performance. All trading involves risk, and you may lose money. Only risk capital you can afford to lose.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of prediction markets complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Prediction market trading may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. Predictor3000 makes no representation that use of the Service or participation in prediction markets is legal in your location.
6. User Accounts
To access premium features, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout) via Stripe. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract data from the Service without express written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Use the Service to train machine learning models or datasets without permission
- Share your account credentials with others or resell access to the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
9. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and the selection and arrangement of all content — are owned by Predictor3000 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Market data displayed on the platform is sourced from third-party exchanges (Polymarket, Kalshi) and news providers. We make no claim of ownership over that underlying data.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PREDICTOR3000 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the platform operator, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
